We chose this property having previously stayed in Ayres hotel group, location was exactly where we wanted to be and had all the facilities we required. The laundry facilities was unavailable but the machines were repaired and able to be used during our stay. Another important issue was choosing a non smoking hotel/room however on our 1st night we awoke after midnight to an overpowering smell of marijuana. In the morning I went to front desk to report it and the staff were apologetic. Again the next night we had the same problem, we turned off the a/c and placed towels under the bedroom door in an effort to stem the strong smell. In the morning I again went to front desk they apologised but did not offer to change our room instead saying should it happen again to call down to front desk and the would issue letters to rooms on our floor. This did nothing to rectify the issue however upon checking out and giving feedback Dollie Zavala she was very understanding and said she would be send instructions to Wotif for a credit/refund. I look forward to receiving a response.

"Room was good and front desk people we're great even recommended a good restaurant, we were in room #702 the Wifi reception was bad spotty at best, when i complained to front desk said that area of hotal is dead area, jacuzzi jets were not good it bubbled instead of jetting"
